Doreen Fulton, is Founder and CEO of Believe in a Ray of Hope, LLC, an organization dedicated to providing hope and answers to Moms who are in transition.

Doreen coaches Moms of Young Adults with Special Needs and is passionate about giving voice to unspoken dreams and empowering Mom to think and act in new ways that give her stamina, strength and resilience.

She knows from personal experience how isolated, forgotten and unheard she felt while advocating for her children with special needs and is dedicating this channel to Moms who are are looking for hope, answers and a compassionate community.

Doreen has been married for 30 years and is the mother of three young adults who are battling a variety of challenges and taking wonderful steps forward in the direction of their dreams. Facing many obstacles and roadblocks, she has proven to be an effective Special Needs Advocate and a passionate Transition Coach. She is determined to make the world brighter, more inclusive, and more appreciative of our specially challenged children and addresses a variety of forums, encouraging all to identify their passion and purpose and to pursue their visions.

She aims to inspire you to Believe in a Ray of Hope when you are facing the obstacles and tribulations that life presents. She believes in a ray of hope and plans to create an inclusive society where all of our innate gifts can be truly appreciated.

She has a passionate message to share and has developed a proven Visioning process that is powerful. It has transformed Doreen’s life and the lives of others who are most dear to her. She has learned her lessons from masterful teachers and from her life experiences. Being a mother of three children, she has faced failure and disappointment, enjoyed pleasant surprises and felt extreme joy in seeing her children succeed against all odds. She has been helped along the way and her children have profited. Today, she is truly in touch with what matters to her most. She is actively helping herself and those in her circle of influence to meet transition challenges with enthusiasm, focus and support.

Doreen has used this visioning process to adopt her three children, to get special education services for her youngest son when things appeared hopeless. She has helped students obtain scholarships, find their dream jobs and to reconnect with their passions. She wants to share the lessons she has learned with you, to share with you what supervisors and managers are looking for, and to help you to help others, knowing that you have tremendous power to shape the lives of those we love with learning disAbilities.

Doreen received her M.Ed. from Boston University, is a Certified Dream Coach and Group Leader, and HR Specialist who offers powerful and passionate presentations that get her audiences inspired, motivated, and in motion!
