This is complex undertaking and requires planning and collaboration. It is a daunting task and not a job that can be done in isolation. It is a job that requires initiative, persistence, concentrated effort, networking, and teamwork!

Structure:
This is Doreen’s signature 90 day Group Coaching Program with added Bonuses and Even More Support! Nancy Battye, Professional Speaker, Author, and Compassion Coach will join Doreen at the Oasis of Hope and Support and together we will coach you in implementing your own Individualized Empowerment Plan.We will meet virtually on 6 group coaching calls via Instant Teleseminar. You can join us either on your computer or on your telephone. Between sessions you will work on predetermined objectives and exercises to help you gain clarity, focus and develop plans for the coming transition. Between sessions, you will get videos, audio classes and emails from us to assist you getting over the hurdles and in staying on course.

- MP3 recordings of all calls that you can then put on your MP3 player or burn onto a Compact Disc (CD) and listen to over and over again at your convenience.
- The Transition Quest Electronic Workbook It’s one thing to listen to these inspiring sessions, but as you’ve heard again and again from our mentors, the real magic begins with action.
